Do you provide next day delivery?
Yes, we provide next day delivery for the greater Atlanta area and to most cities throughout the United States.

Is there a shipping charge?
We offer FREE shipping on all office supply orders. Furniture, rush orders and special orders may incur freight charges.

Do you have a minimum order requirement?
There are no minimum order requirements.

What is your cut off time for placing orders for next day delivery?
Orders placed by 4:45pm est. will be processed for next day delivery.

Do you ship outside of the Atlanta area?

Yes, with our nationwide distribution system, we can ship anywhere in the United States, in most cases within 24 to 48 hours.

Do you provide same day service for emergency orders?
Yes, with our fleet of trucks, we can provide same day delivery in emergency situations. You will be notified in advance if rush delivery charges will apply.

How do I set up an account with your company?
To set up your account with My Supplies you can give us a call, send an email to YourAccount@mysupplies.com or return to the home page and click on theRegister Me tab.

What are my payment options?
Payments can be made by credit cards, p-cards or account billing.

How do I place my orders with My Supplies?
You can place your orders online, by phone at 404-768-2387, toll free at 866-458-3113 or via fax at 404-768-0420.
